Luis Moreno Ocampo - ICC Vs Kenyas most responsible

Today is the D-Day for Kenya's 2008 post-election violence perpetrators. The drama has been unfolding in a spectacular manner and it has been fun to watch. I think the problem lies with the actors. Its a fact that this was the country's worst post-independence bloodletting that claimed many lives; somebody must be held responsible.

Initially (though not openly discussed) the notion was that Luis was only arresting the Omena (small fish) so the Mbuta (big fish) was singing ''Hague.... Hague Hague... and nothing less than Hague X2". All the efforts to form a local tribunal were shot down. Failure to set a local tribunal last year in line with agreements that ended the chaos automatically invited Luis into the arena. All was well until the ICC Chief Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo made  mistake of shouting   “most responsible” while onstage

This has changed the drama drastically and some actors are complaining that they did not rehearse on those lines. In a knee-jerk reaction Mbuta is shouting on finally launching a local investigation. I have this question to Mbuta '' Kwani hio kutajwa ni.. nini...? si ungojee ? kwani umeshikwaa..?.

If thou art not guilty relax..... relax Luis has assured me that for the Mbutas "Their guilt or innocence will be decided by the judges at the end of the judicial process,"
